I'm here to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning for others. I spent $372 on glasses that arrived SCRATCHED, and trying to fix this has been an unbelievable nightmare. I've been trying for 2 days just to TALK TO A HUMAN to arrange a return or exchange, but it seems impossible. The "bot" just keeps sending the return label to an email I never receive! The whole situation feels like being scammed, and when I did finally get through to someone, they sent the wrong information for the return. The ineptitude is astounding. I felt compelled to leave this review and get on the phone with customer service because I desperately need this issue resolved.
Customer: I received my order, and the $372 glasses are completely scratched! I've been trying for two days just to get a return label, but your bot keeps sending it to an email address I don't have, and I still haven't received it!

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of poor product quality and nonexistent customer support.
