⚠️ BE WARNED: My Order Never Arrived & Customer Service Was a Nightmare
I’m writing this as a warning for anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share it. Honestly, I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. I ordered two pairs of glasses and never received them. I have been speaking to individuals on chats and emails for weeks now and they get back to me now and tell me they cannot resend me my missing glasses despite telling me they would and I have nothing to worry about. Absolute worst customer service and experience AND it feels impossible to be able to speak to someone on the phone. I am extremely disappointed at this company. After weeks of getting nowhere with emails, I finally managed to get someone on a call to try and resolve this.
Customer: My order still hasn't arrived. I've been told for weeks it would be resent, and now an email says you can't. I've paid for glasses I don't have. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating experience and the conflicting information you've received. Could you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this immediately?
Customer: It's [order number]. I'm beyond frustrated. Being told "don't worry" for weeks and then being dismissed is terrible service. I either want my glasses or my money back right now.
CS Rep: I completely understand. I see your order history, and I sincerely apologize for our failure here. I can process a full, immediate refund for you. Alternatively, I can place a new, complimentary replacement order with expedited shipping at no cost.
Customer: How do I know the replacement will even show up? I don't trust the process anymore.
CS Rep: I will personally oversee the order and email you a direct tracking link within 24 hours. I will also add a credit to your account for a future purchase to apologize for this unacceptable situation.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
