Let me share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. I ordered glasses on May 4th and was assured they would be finished on May 11th. It is now May 26th, and I keep getting emails apologizing for the delay. This endless wait and lack of clear communication made me incredibly frustrated, feeling compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service. After seeing all the one-star reviews that had the exact same experience which I did, I am not surprised. I tried multiple times to call customer service and finally spoke to someone in India who was absolutely no help at all.

Customer: Hi, I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I placed it on May 4th, and it was supposed to be ready by May 11th. It's May 26th now, and all I get are apology emails. What is going on? CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, sir/madam. I sincerely apologize for the significant delay with your order. Let me pull up your details right away to investigate this hold-up. Customer: This is ridiculous! I’ve tried calling before, and it felt like I was speaking to a wall. I just want to know when I'll actually get my glasses. Can you expedite this, or offer any concrete solution? CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for your previous experience and the lack of resolution. We are experiencing unforeseen supply chain issues, but I will personally escalate your order to our priority team and ensure you receive an update with a new estimated delivery within 24 hours. Customer: Twenty-four hours? After weeks of waiting? This is precisely why I'm so upset. I just need my glasses. CS Rep: I hear you, and I truly apologize. While I can't magically make the glasses appear instantly, I assure you I'm doing everything within my power to resolve this quickly and will personally follow up.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of endless delays and unhelpful customer service.
