When I tried to reach out, there was no 24-hour customer service, no agent available, making the whole situation utterly unprofessional. I had to call customer service to understand why my promotion wasn't applied, which only led to more disappointment, prompting me to leave this review.
Customer: "I'm calling because I'm extremely frustrated. I tried to use a promotion on your site, but it just wouldn't apply. It seems your website is full of glitches." CS Rep: "I apologize for the technical difficulties you experienced, and for any inconvenience this has caused. I understand you're trying to apply a promotional offer. Can you please tell me which offer you were attempting to use?" Customer: "It was a Buy One Get One Free offer. Now I have glasses that are the correct style and prescription, but I didn't get the discount. Your solution was for me to return them and reorder, but that's just too much hassle for your mistake." CS Rep: "I see. Our current process for rectifying missed promotions, especially for a BOGO, often involves a return and reorder to ensure the system processes the discount correctly. We understand that can be inconvenient, and we admit the error was on our end." Customer: "But why can't you just credit the difference back to my card? That's a simple solution, right? Returning and reordering for something that was your error just feels like you're making it my problem."
