Express Shipping Nightmare: A Warning to All Buyers ⚠️
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel completely let down. I paid extra for express shipping, expecting to get my new glasses quickly, but it's been ages and there's no sign of them. Don’t order from this company. The website says the items have been shipped but i seriously question that. You can’t get customer service just a bot saying that you need to give them 15 business days to deliver even though I paid for express service. After hitting a wall with their useless bot, I was determined to speak to a real person to get some answers, which is what led to the frustrating conversation below.
Customer: Finally, a human! I'm beyond frustrated. I paid for express shipping and your site says my order shipped, but your bot just keeps telling me to wait 15 business days. What is going on?
CS Rep: I am very sorry for the difficulty you've had and the conflicting information. I can understand your frustration. Can I please have your order number to check the status immediately?
Customer: It’s 854291. Honestly, if I paid for express, I shouldn't have to chase you down for information. I seriously doubt it has even left your facility.
CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order right here, and I sincerely apologize. It appears there was a processing delay in our lab, and the status was not updated correctly. It did not ship as indicated. I have escalated this and to compensate for our error, I have refunded your express shipping fee.
Customer: Refunding the fee is the bare minimum. When will I actually get my glasses?
CS Rep: I have prioritized it with the lab, and it will ship out by tomorrow with overnight delivery at no extra charge. You will receive a new tracking number via email. Again, I am truly sorry for this mistake.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
