A Tale of Lies and Incompetence: My Sunglass Order Nightmare 😡
I'm writing this to warn everyone about my terrible online shopping experience, hoping you can avoid the same frustration. After patiently waiting for my order, the company completely failed to deliver what I paid for and then refused to take responsibility. My conclusion about this whole ordeal is simple: Avoid at all costs. Ordered prescription sunglasses from their website. Took over 2 weeks for delivery which I didn't mind. But lenses were just normal ones with no prescription. Returned it back to them. They claim that they were crafted according to the prescription provided to them. I told them they were not. Then they changed their excuse to say that I didn't order prescription lenses. So not only are they incompetent, they're also liars. I was so shocked by their incompetence and dishonesty that I felt I had to contact customer service to see if I could get a straight answer.
Customer: I received my order, and the sunglasses have no prescription in them. They're just plain lenses.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear that. Let me look up your order. According to our system, the lenses were crafted to the prescription you provided.
Customer: That's impossible. I can't see anything out of them. I’ve worn glasses for years; I know what a prescription lens feels like.
CS Rep: My apologies. Let me re-check… I see here the order was for non-prescription sunglass lenses.
Customer: Are you kidding me? First you say they are prescription, and now you're saying I didn't even order them? I paid for prescription lenses! This is ridiculous.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the conflicting information and the error with your order. I can issue a full refund immediately or have a new, correct pair remade and expedited to you.
